Ordering – Delivery process flow 1. Place Your Order Email us your stationery list. We’ll reply with your invoice, order number, and payment details. 2. Make Payment Use the payment link provided and include your order number as reference. Once paid, we’ll confirm and start processing. 3. Track Your Order Track your order using your order number via email, WhatsApp, phone call, or the tracking link (once your order is out for courier). 4. Delivery Once processed, your order is dispatched. You’ll receive a tracking number via email (which you can track) 5. Amendments & Cancellations Requests must be made via email using your order number. Changes are subject to order status. 6. Returns & Exchanges Handled on a case-by-case basis.
